Sponsor Levels
 

Magnolia Level:  $25,000

  • This level of sponsorship includes advertising in all journals: The Equine Chronicle, APHJ, NSBA, and The Congress Program.
  • You will be listed as a sponsor of one of the following classes: (a) The 3 Year Old $100,000 Novice Horse Slot Class, (b) The $25,000 Yearling Longe Line Slot Class, (c) The $25,000 3 Year Old Color Horse Slot Class or the division of your choice, (d) The $10,000 Green HUS Slot Class, (e) The Southern Casino Nights Exhibitor/Fund raiser for the American Heart Association, The NSBA Crisis Fund, and the NSBA Youth Scholarship program, or (f) Breeder's Program Sponsor.
  • You have the option of having your name/logo placed on and announced on either the arena, the warm up area or the golf cart given away at The Southern Belle Invitation placed in your name.
  • You will be listed as a "Magnolia Sponsor" in The Southern Belle Program and be the presenting sponsor at the 2008 "Southern Casino Nights" where we will raise money for The American Heart Association and The NSBA Crisis Fund and The NSBA Youth Scholarship program.
  • Your logo will be displayed on our website until June 2009.
  • Special advertisements will be prepared with your name and displayed at the exhibitor's banquet.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the exhibitor's t-shirt and on any promotional materials.
  • Should you need RV space at the show, we will reserve you a space at the barn or park.
  • You can select your location of stalls (Price of stalls not included).
  • Your logo will be displayed on our webcam page on tsbelle.com where we had over 40,000 hits in 2007.
  • You or your business will also be entitled to a feature story or advertisement on The Southern Belle Invitation website and in The Invitation Gazette that is mailed out to over 7,500 people.
  • You/Your Company/Farm will be announced as a "Magnolia Sponsor" throughout the show.
  • Listed as a presenting sponsor of a saddle in a class of your choice. 

Belle Level: $10,000

  • You will be listed as a "Belle Sponsor" in journal advertisements: APHJ, NSBA, and The Equine Chronicle.
  • You will be listed on the class of your choice as a sponsor and your logo will be associated with the class of your choice.
  • Listed as a saddle sponsor for one class of your choice.
  • Listed as a "Belle Sponsor" in The Southern Belle Invitation show program.
  • Should you need an RV space at the show, we will reserve you a space at the barn.
  • Your logo will be listed on the exhibitor t-shirt.
  • Your logo as provided will be displayed on our website until June 2009.
  • Listed as a sponsor on all exhibitor breaks-these occur each day at 2:30 p.m.
  • Your company name will also be announced as a "Belle Sponsor" throughout the show. 

Casino Sponsor: $5,000

  • Listed as a "Casino Sponsor" in the 2008 Program.
  • Listed as a sponsor of the exhibitors dinner.
  • Listed on the class of your choice as a sponsor and your logo will be associated with the class of your choice.
  • Your logo as provided will be displayed on our website until June 2009.
  • Should you need a RV space we will reserve a spot at the barn for you (there are a limited number).
  • Your company name will also be announced as a "Casino Sponsor" throughout the show.
  • You will be listed on our exhibitor t-shirts.

Southern Sponsor: $2,500

  • Listed as a "Southern Sponsor" in the 2008 Program.
  • Listed on the class of your choice as a sponsor and your logo will be associated with the class of your choice.
  • Should you need an RV space we will reserve you a space (price of spot not included) at the barn based on availability.
  • Your logo as provided will be displayed on our website until June 2009.
  • Your company name will also be announced as a "Southern Sponsor" throughout the show.
  • Your logo along with The Southern Belle Logo will be listed on our exhibitor t-shirts.

Riverboat Sponsor: $1,500

  • Listed as a "Riverboat Sponsor" in the 2008 Program.
  • Listed on the class of your choice as a sponsor and your logo will be associated with the class of your choice.
  • Should you need an RV space, we will reserve you a space (price of spot not included) at the barn based on availability.
  • Your logo as provided will be displayed on our website until June 2009.
  • Your company name will also be announced as a "Riverboat Sponsor" throughout the show.

Dixie Sponsor: $500

  • You will be listed as a "Dixie Sponsor" in the 2008 Program and on the class of your choice and your logo will be associated with the class of your choice.
  • Your logo as provided will be displayed on our website until June 2009 as well as announced throughout the show as a "Dixie Sponsor".

Special opportunities for sponsorship of our Breeder’s Program are still available.  These sponsors will be listed in all Breeder related advertising and promotional information.  If you would like to be a sponsor of our Breeder’s program please contact Connie Hill (870-761-4426) or Jessica Gazaway (870-215-2269).
